We pick our people very carefully. English Mutual has grown organically into a company with a 'family culture' of which we are very proud. The vast majority of those working within the organisation came to work here because they knew someone within the company and had friends here, or had heard about the way we do business and how we treat people, both internally and externally. They wanted to become part of our story. To find a decent, transparent, motivating and appreciative place to work and to find a safe, value driven home for their clients.
